Signing up when your school has a Revision Ninja licence

What to do

1. Go to the sign-in page.
2. Choose “Continue with Google”, “Continue with Microsoft”, or create an account with an email address and a password.
3. Use the email address your school gave you. Your seat is matched on that address, so a personal address will not find your school's licence.
4. If you signed up with an email address and password, open the verification email and confirm the address before you carry on.
5. You land on your courses. Open the NCFE Level 1/2 Technical Award in Business and Enterprise and start on the Learn tab.

What happens behind the scenes

• Your school claims one or more email domains. Anyone signing in on a claimed domain is added to the school and given one of its seats, up to the number of seats it bought.
• Teachers are handled separately. A member of staff does not use up a pupil seat and does not appear in the markbook as a student.
• If you already bought your own access, you keep it — you are not charged twice and you do not take one of the school's seats as well.

If it does not work

• You signed in with a personal address. Addresses at gmail.com, outlook.com and similar providers can never be matched to a school. Sign out and sign in again with your school address.
• Your email address is not verified yet. Check your inbox, and your spam folder, for the verification email.
• Every seat is taken. Ask your teacher to free a seat or to buy more.
• Your school has not claimed its email domain, or you have to use a personal address. Ask your teacher to email hello@revisionninja.com and we will connect your account by hand.
• The licence has run out. Access lasts one year from the day the school paid.
