NCFE Business & Enterprise revision for your whole school

One course, covered spec point by spec point: the NCFE Level 1/2 Technical Award in Business and Enterprise, Ofqual qualification number 603/7004/X. Buy seats once, and pupils who sign in with your school email address enrol themselves.

The course holds 76 lessons, 97 quizzes and 940 questions — counted from the live course on 17 September 2026.

What your school gets

Seats, not logins to hand out

You buy a number of seats. Pupils who sign in with your school email address take a seat automatically, up to that number. Remove a pupil at any time to free their seat. Removing a pupil also deletes their progress on this course, so remove only pupils who have left.

A console built for a department

One place for the whole school: an overview, a markbook, the diagnostic results, past-paper marks, a re-teach list, your classes and people, and your school settings.

Set work, see who did it

Set an assignment for a class and watch it land on your pupils’ own screens, so ‘do the finance quiz by Friday’ is something you can check rather than something you have to chase.

A diagnostic that points somewhere

A diagnostic test samples every unit and shows which units a pupil should work on next. It is teacher-visible, so you see the same picture they do.

NCFE past papers, marked honestly

Pupils sit real NCFE past papers and mark themselves against the mark scheme. Self-marking is exactly what it says it is — the marks are the pupil’s own, and both you and they can see that.

Plans and prices

Every plan unlocks the whole course. The only difference is how many pupils it covers.

How to order

Pay by card now

  1. Pick a plan on the pricing page.
  2. Sign in with your school email address — the licence attaches to the account that buys it.
  3. Type your school’s name when asked. It names the school that will own the seats.
  4. Pay by card through Stripe. Access appears on your account straight away.

Send a payment link

  1. Start the same way, then choose “Ask someone else to pay”.
  2. Copy the payment link and send it to whoever pays.
  3. The link expires after 24 hours.
  4. Once it is paid, the seats land on your account, not theirs.

Quote or purchase order

  1. Email us your school name, billing address, finance email address, how many seats you need, and a PO number if you have one.
  2. We reply with a quote or an invoice.
  3. Stripe issues a VAT invoice for every card payment.

Pupils do not redeem anything — they sign in with their school email address and their seat is claimed for them. How pupils get access covers the detail, including what to do for a pupil who only has a personal address.

Questions schools ask

Which qualification does this cover?

One qualification only: the NCFE Level 1/2 Technical Award in Business and Enterprise, Ofqual qualification number 603/7004/X. The course follows the specification’s eight content areas — entrepreneurship, business organisation and stakeholders; market research, market types and orientation and marketing mix; human resource requirements; operations management; business growth; sources of enterprise funding and business finance; the impact of the external environment; and business and enterprise planning.

How is the qualification assessed?

Two externally-set assessments. The non-exam assessment (NEA) is a synoptic project worth 120 marks and 60% of the award; it is internally marked and externally moderated, with a completion time of 21 hours. The examined assessment is a 1 hour 30 minute written exam worth 80 marks and 40% of the award, with a mixture of multiple-choice, short-answer and extended-response questions.

Our grade calculator turns an NEA mark into the exam mark needed for each grade.

Can we pay by invoice or purchase order?

Yes. Choose ‘Ask someone else to pay’ on any plan for a payment link you can forward to your finance office, or email us for a quote or an invoice against a purchase order. Stripe issues a VAT invoice for every card payment.

How long does a licence last?

One year from the purchase date. It is a one-off payment, not a subscription: nothing renews, and there is no card kept on file to renew it with.

Can we try it before we buy?

Free trials for schools are by arrangement — email hello@revisionninja.com and we’ll set one up.

There is also a free route that needs no arrangement at all: the revision notes for every unit are public and free to read.
