1. Who we are and how to contact us

Revision Ninja is run by Revision Ninja Ltd. Our registered office is 43-45 Tavern Street, Ipswich, Suffolk, IP1 3AG.

Email us at hello@revisionninja.com. That address reaches us for accounts, seats, invoices, content corrections and data requests.

How we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy Notice.

2. Who these terms apply to

These terms apply to everyone who uses Revision Ninja: a student revising for the NCFE Level 1/2 Technical Award in Business & Enterprise, a teacher tracking a class, a school administrator managing seats, and anyone who buys access.

Where a school buys a licence, the person who agrees to these terms confirms they are allowed to agree on the school's behalf. The terms then cover every member of staff and every student the school gives access to.

By creating an account or using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use Revision Ninja.

3. Accounts

You sign in with a Google account, a Microsoft account, or an email address and password. Keep your sign-in details to yourself and do not share an account with anyone else.

Student accounts are created through the student's school. A student signs in with the email address their school gave them, and the school decides whether they have access.

Buying seats for a school that is already on Revision Ninja does not make you a member of staff there. A school administrator at that school has to approve you first, and until they do you will not see the school’s students or their work. We tell you this before you pay.

Staff are responsible for what they put into the service. Student email addresses, class lists and names must be accurate, and you must have your school's authority to add them.

4. What you may and may not do

We give you permission to use Revision Ninja for learning and teaching. You must not:

• use it for anything unlawful, or in a way that could damage it or interrupt it for other people;
• try to reach another person’s account, another school’s data, or teacher and administrator screens you have not been given;
• copy, bulk-download, resell or republish the lessons, quizzes, questions or past-paper material;
• upload anything you do not have the right to upload, or anything abusive, offensive or unsuitable for a school;
• add anyone's personal details without the authority to do so.

If you spot something wrong — a mistake in a lesson, or someone misusing the service — tell us at hello@revisionninja.com.

5. Buying access, prices and refunds

Prices are shown on our pricing page and cover everything listed on the plan you choose. A purchase is a one-off payment that gives a year’s access from the day you buy. Nothing renews automatically, and we never see or store your card details — payments are handled by Stripe.

The price shown is the price you pay. If you need an invoice or a purchase order, use "Ask someone else to pay" on the pricing page to get a payment link for your finance office, or email us.

Changed your mind? Email hello@revisionninja.com within 14 days of paying and we will refund you in full. After 14 days we do not usually refund a licence that is in use, but if something has gone wrong, tell us and we will look at it.

Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer.

6. Seats and who gets access

A class or school plan comes with a number of seats. A student takes a seat when they sign in with an email address on your school's domain, up to your seat count. Staff can free a seat by removing a student from the school; removing a student does not delete their work.

When a licence runs out, access stops. Progress and school records stay in place, so buying again turns access back on rather than starting over.

7. Course content and who owns it

The lessons, quizzes, questions, past-paper practice and other course material on Revision Ninja belong to Revision Ninja Ltd or to the people we licence them from. You may use them for teaching and learning at your school, and students may use them for their own revision. You may not republish or sell them.

Past-paper questions and mark schemes remain the property of the awarding organisation that wrote them. Any grade shown after a practice paper is our own estimate, worked out from published grade boundaries for a different series, and it is not a result from NCFE.

Revision Ninja is a revision aid. It does not guarantee any grade, and it is not endorsed by or affiliated with NCFE.

8. Availability and support

We aim to keep Revision Ninja available and working, but we do not promise it will never be unavailable. We may take it offline for maintenance, and we may change or improve features.

Support is by email at hello@revisionninja.com. We answer as quickly as we can. We do not offer a guaranteed response time.

9. Data protection

Where your school buys a licence and puts student data into Revision Ninja, the school decides what happens to that data: the school is the data controller and we process the data on the school’s instructions. Where an individual buys access for themselves, we are the controller of that account.

Our Privacy Notice sets out what we collect, why, where it is stored and how long we keep it. If your school needs a written data processing agreement, email hello@revisionninja.com so we can arrange one with you.

10. Suspending or ending access

You can stop using Revision Ninja at any time. To have your account and its data deleted, email hello@revisionninja.com.

We can suspend or end access for an account or a school that breaks these terms, in particular the section on what you may and may not do. Where it is fair to do so we will warn you first and give you a chance to put it right. If we end a paid licence early for a reason that is not your fault, we will refund the unused part.

11. Our responsibility for loss or damage

We do not exclude our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be excluded under the law of England and Wales.

Revision Ninja is provided for revision and teaching. We are not responsible for exam results, for decisions taken on the basis of progress data, or for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when you agreed to these terms.

Where you use Revision Ninja for business purposes — for example a school buying a licence — we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business or loss of goodwill, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product changes. The date at the top of this page always shows when they last changed, so it is worth looking before you buy or renew. The version published here at the time applies.

13. Which law applies

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring a claim in the courts where you live.
